Privacy Policy
Silly Mask Club
Effective date: 10/17/2026 · Last updated: 10/18/2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect on our website while the store is in its launch phase, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and what you can do about it. We kept it short and plain.
The short version: you can browse the site without giving us anything. If you choose to give us your email address, we use it to tell you when we launch and to send you updates about our products. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time. We also count visits with a privacy-focused analytics tool.

Giving us your email address is optional. Nothing on the site requires it, and you can use the site without it.
We do not collect payments, delivery addresses, or any other personal details at this stage, because the store is not open yet.
3. Why we use your email address, and our legal basis
If you submit your email address, we use it to:
- tell you when Silly Mask Club launches, and
- send you notifications about our products, such as new masks and releases. [HOW OFTEN, e.g. occasional, not more than X per month]
We do this only with your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (section 7).
We do not use your email address for anything else without asking you first, and we do not send you emails from other companies.
We receive a notification email each time someone signs up. It contains the email address and the date of sign-up, and we use it only to know that the sign-up worked.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. Vercel designs it to record anonymous, aggregate data that is not tied to an individual visitor or their IP address. We use it to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share visit data with advertisers.
